You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use the App and for any content you create or input while using it.

The App does not provide professional, psychological, medical, or relationship advice. Any interactions or outcomes resulting from use of the App are solely your responsibility.
The App may allow you to create or upload content, such as avatar images or in-app text.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you use in the App and that such content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Knewit may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Payments are processed by the app store platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and managed using the RevenueCat SDK.
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
All purchases are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable app store platform. Any questions regarding billing, refunds, or cancellations should be directed to the platform through which the purchase was made.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free from errors.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be made available at the same URL, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
